More people shouldn't mean a bigger bill. Your Space has no contributor limit. Whether 30 people join or 300, the price stays the same. We want everyone who was there to be able to add their perspective — so we'll never charge you for inviting one more person.

A Memory Space isn't listed, indexed or searchable. Only people with your link or code can reach it.
They're your memories
Koda keeps the story. You always keep your memories. A Memory Keeper can download individual memories or take a complete Space archive. The people who gave a memory can ask for theirs to be removed too.
Nothing in the way of guests
No account, no app, no payment on their side. The lower the friction, the more you get back.
How long we keep it
Your memories don't expire. An open Memory Space stays with you until you choose to delete it.
For organisations
Events are bought differently.So they're priced differently.
Your events shouldn't disappear when they end. Conference. Away day. Awards. Launch. Celebration. Next year's event. Each can have its own Memory Space while remaining part of your organisation's wider Koda history.
Organisational pricing is its own thing. The personal returning Memory Keeper price does not apply to Teams, Business or Enterprise — the value here is repeat organisational use, centralisation and continuity.

Money questions

Where a commercial decision hasn't been made yet, we've said so rather than written something we'd have to walk back.
No. Koda is bought per Memory Space, once. We don't think a wedding should arrive with a monthly bill attached.
Per Memory Space — which in practice means per occasion. One wedding, one Space. One holiday, one Space.
Your memories don't expire. An open Memory Space stays with you until you choose to delete it. That is the product position — not a monthly rental, and not an unconditional legal promise of forever. Binding wording will sit in the Terms.
Never. Guests contribute free, without an account, however many of them there are.
There are no contributor limits and no per-guest fees — one occasion, one price, however many people join. If you're planning something on a genuinely different scale, such as a festival or an organisation-wide event, talk to us about Koda for Teams.
Yes. A Memory Keeper can download individual photographs, videos, voice memories and written memories, and request a complete archive of the Space. That is part of what Koda is — not a later extra. Publishing a Story to social platforms is a different, later capability.
Yes. People can keep adding to a Space after the occasion — the Story usually keeps growing for days, and sometimes for years.
Yes. Each occasion is its own Space, and they sit together under your name. Your first personal Space is £49 and every personal Space after that is £39. Over time that collection becomes your own memory companion.
No. There is no code, no offer window and nothing to claim. It is simply what a personal Memory Space costs once you have started your story with Koda. It does not apply to Teams, Business or Enterprise, which have their own pricing.
Not for company events. Personal identity and organisation membership are different commercial contexts, and they can sit under the same Koda identity. Your own personal Spaces stay at the personal price; anything you create for your organisation uses that organisation's plan.
You don't pay to create a Memory Space. You pay when you're ready to open it, so a Space you never open has nothing to refund. Opening begins the paid service after successful payment. If Koda charged you twice, charged you incorrectly, or took payment and failed to open the Space, we should put that right. Deleting a Space does not automatically create a refund. Binding cancellation wording will sit in the Terms.
No. Every price on this page includes VAT. £49 means you pay £49. Your receipt shows the VAT contained within the price for your records.
